Banana Cake

Banana Cake recipe from Better Homes and Gardens
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2.25 cups flour
1.5 cups sugar
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
0.75 cup buttermilk
0.5 cup shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla

Bake: 25-30 minutes
Oven: 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
0.5 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
5.5-6 cups powdered sugar
